This study lasted for 6 years and included 525 elderly people aged 65 and above.
After conducting a long-term follow-up survey on the dietary and lifestyle habits of participants, researchers found that after adjusting for gender and age, participants who did not eat breakfast were four times more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than other participants.
