Its predecessor was Shaanxi Finance School, which was renamed as Shaanxi Statistical Finance School, Shaanxi Financial Accounting School, Shaanxi Statistical Finance School, Shaanxi Finance School, etc. It was moved from Xi'an to Xianyang in 1986. Since 1997, we have jointly established vocational colleges with Shaanxi University of Economics and Trade and Northwest University. In September 2001, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and filing with the Ministry of Education, the school was independently restructured into a higher vocational and technical college, administratively under the leadership of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance, and professionally guided by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education.
